Professional Roofing & Gutter Systems Built for Long-Term Protection

American Roofing and Restorations helps homeowners and commercial property owners make confident decisions through documented roof inspections, clear recommendations, quality materials, and professional project execution across Northern Colorado, Southeast Wyoming, and North Texas.

See What We See: Roof Inspections Backed by Data

Clear roofing decisions start with reliable documentation. Our inspection process combines drone imagery, professional measurements, and an experienced roofing evaluation to document visible conditions and reduce unnecessary roof access. We then explain the findings in plain language and outline the options supported by the roof’s actual condition.

Comprehensive Roofing & Gutter Services

Roofing and gutters work together as one exterior protection system. We provide residential roofing, commercial roofing, and gutter services, with storm-damage documentation and insurance coordination available when a project requires it.

Residential Roofing

Whether you are dealing with a leak, aging materials, storm damage, a home sale, or a planned upgrade, the first step is understanding the roof’s actual condition. We inspect and document the system, explain the available options, and recommend a targeted repair, full replacement, or material upgrade only when the findings support it.

Commercial Roofing

Commercial roofing decisions affect operations, tenants, inventory, schedules, and long-term asset planning. We work with owners and property managers of small to mid-size commercial buildings—generally up to 15,000 square feet—to assess roof condition, prioritize repairs, plan replacements, and select systems suited to drainage, penetrations, and operational needs.

Gutter Systems

Gutters are part of the building’s water-management system, not a cosmetic add-on. We inspect attachment, slope, capacity, leaks, and discharge points, then provide repair, replacement, or installation recommendations designed to move water safely away from the roofline, exterior walls, landscaping, and foundation.

Roofing Materials Selected for Performance and Long-Term Value

The right roofing system depends on the building, climate, ownership plans, and performance goals—not only the initial price. We help customers compare materials by durability, weather exposure, appearance, maintenance, code requirements, and available warranty options.

Class IV Impact-Resistant Shingles

A familiar roofing appearance with enhanced impact resistance for properties exposed to hail and severe weather.

Metal Roofing

Standing-seam and pro-panel systems for property owners looking for durability, low maintenance, and a clean architectural appearance.

Stone-Coated Steel

A premium roofing option that combines the strength of steel with profiles designed to resemble shingles, shake, or tile.

Tile & Composite Roofing

Distinctive systems for properties where architectural appearance, durability, and long-term performance are priorities.

Commercial Roofing Systems

TPO, EPDM, metal, and fluid-applied systems selected according to roof design, drainage, penetrations, and operational needs.

Certified, Insured, and Accountable

American Roofing and Restorations is fully insured and licensed where required across the markets we serve. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for residential and commercial clients.

Certified by Leading Roofing Manufacturers

Our team holds manufacturer certifications and specialized training across residential roofing, commercial roofing, skylight installation, and fluid-applied roofing systems.

Eligible roofing systems may qualify for enhanced manufacturer warranty options through our certified-contractor relationships with GAF and TAMKO.

ROOFING, GUTTER & ROOF INSPECTION FAQS

Do I need a roof repair or a full roof replacement?

The right solution depends on the age of the roof, the extent of the damage, its repair history, the condition of the materials, and whether the problem is isolated or affects the broader roofing system.

A localized leak, damaged flashing, or a small area of missing shingles may be repairable when the rest of the roof is still performing well. Replacement may be the better long-term decision when damage is widespread, leaks keep returning, the materials are near the end of their service life, or the roof deck has been compromised.

We begin with an inspection, document what we find, and explain the available options before recommending a repair or replacement.

A drone inspection provides detailed aerial imagery and measurements of the roof, including areas that may be difficult to evaluate clearly from the ground.

AI-assisted drone roof inspection and professional measurement tools help us organize the findings, document visible conditions, and prepare a more accurate assessment. Drone technology can also reduce unnecessary roof access, which is especially useful for steep, large, storm-damaged, or commercial roofs.

The technology supports the inspection, but the final recommendation is made by an experienced roofing professional—not by software alone.

Yes. The initial roof inspection and estimate are provided at no cost.

We document visible roof conditions, explain any concerns we identify, and outline the next steps that may be appropriate. You will have an opportunity to review the findings and ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.

Our goal is to provide useful information and a clear recommendation without pressuring you into unnecessary work.

Yes. We help homeowners and property owners document roof damage and understand the roofing portion of the insurance claim process.

Our support may include photographs, drone imagery, inspection findings, measurements, a detailed roofing estimate, and coordination with the insurance adjuster when appropriate. We also explain the proposed scope of work so you can remain informed and involved throughout the process.

Your insurance carrier determines coverage under your policy. Our role is to provide accurate roofing documentation and help you understand the work your property may require.

No. We do not cover, waive, reimburse, or conceal insurance deductibles.

ARR requires customers to pay the deductible shown in their insurance policy. We provide transparent estimates and documentation so the financial responsibilities associated with the project are clear from the beginning.

When paying the deductible or project cost at one time is difficult, financing options may be available through participating lenders, subject to approval and applicable terms.

For residential properties, we work with architectural asphalt shingles, Class IV impact-resistant shingles, standing-seam and pro-panel metal roofing, stone-coated steel, tile, and composite roofing systems.

For applicable commercial properties, we install and service TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, and fluid-applied coating systems.

Depending on the project, we work with products and systems from manufacturers such as GAF, TAMKO, CertainTeed, DaVinci, and American WeatherStar. We recommend materials based on the roof design, regional weather, budget, maintenance expectations, and long-term performance—not simply the lowest initial price.

Yes. We provide roofing services for small to mid-size commercial properties and buildings up to approximately 15,000 square feet.

Our commercial capabilities include roof inspections, repairs, replacement planning, maintenance recommendations, storm-damage documentation, and installation of applicable TPO, EPDM, metal, and fluid-applied roofing systems.

Every commercial project begins with an assessment of the existing roof, drainage, penetrations, flashing, and building requirements. We then provide a clear scope of work based on the property’s actual condition.

Yes. The roof and gutter system must work together to move water safely away from the property.

Damaged, undersized, poorly pitched, leaking, or improperly attached gutters can direct water toward the fascia, siding, foundation, landscaping, and exterior surfaces—even when the roofing material itself is still in good condition.

We inspect gutter condition, attachment, slope, sizing, and drainage, then recommend repair or replacement when needed to protect the complete exterior system.

We serve homeowners and commercial property owners across Northern Colorado, Southeast Wyoming, and North Texas.

Our primary coverage includes Weld and Larimer Counties in Colorado, Laramie and Albany Counties in Wyoming, and Collin, Denton, and Wise Counties in Texas.

Service availability may vary depending on the property address, project scope, and scheduling. Contact our team to confirm whether your property is within the current service area.

Yes. Covered projects include a 10-year workmanship warranty, although specific terms and exceptions may apply.

Eligible roofing systems may also qualify for enhanced manufacturer warranty options through our certified-contractor relationships with manufacturers such as GAF and TAMKO.

The applicable workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms will be explained in the project documentation before installation begins.

Yes. We provide access to financing options through Improvifi and its participating lender network.

Financing may be available for roof replacement, roof repair, gutter projects, commercial roofing, material upgrades, and eligible insurance-related project costs. Available programs, interest rates, repayment terms, and approval requirements vary by lender, applicant, and project.

ARR helps customers access the financing platform, but lending and approval decisions are made by the participating lender.

A team member will follow up to learn more about the property and schedule an inspection. We then document the roof condition, explain the findings in clear language, review appropriate material or repair options, and prepare a detailed estimate.

When insurance documentation or financing is applicable, we help coordinate those steps while keeping you informed. After the project is approved, we confirm scheduling, order materials, obtain required permits, and explain what to expect before work begins.

During production, we provide project communication and quality oversight. Once the work is complete, we perform a final inspection or walkthrough, address any remaining items, provide the applicable warranty documentation, and follow up after completion.
